     Ran 6 miles in the morning at 8:27 pace then went up into the mountains cross country skiing with my wife and son. It was my first time on cross country skis and I was surprised how much upper body effort it takes. I'm definitely going to have some sore muscles tomorrow.

We Texans are jealous of all the snow fun, it's why we crowd out everybody else at all the ski resorts in Colorado.
