Most of my runs lately haven't felt very easy. Even running 9 min pace. Today's run felt good. The temps were in the upper 30s with no wind which felt perfect. I didn't feel very good for the first mile and a half running around 8:40 pace but started feeling better and dropped the pace to a little over 8 min/mile which felt much more comfortable than it has lately. I ran the last 2 in 7:54 and 7:27. That's probably the first time this year that I've run 2 miles in a row under 8. The 7:27 felt hard but at least I'm headed in the right direction.    8 miles @ 8:10 overall.

Good to hear from you Bob. Nice to see that you're running and blogging again.
