     Just got back after a couple of weeks of bowhunting for Coues Whitetail Deer in Arizona. I was hoping to get in some running while there but I didn't get my deer until 2 days before the end. With the days so short this time of year it was hard to find the time to run. We have been having the coldest winter in 10 years with temps as cold as -20 deg. I finally got in 4 miles on the treadmill just before bedtime.
