     I hadn't run since my IT Band flareup last Thursday. I tried 4 miles easy with no problems. I've been stretching it out quite a bit. 8:26 AP

Do you have one of those BIG round rollers? I've been using one of those. It's sure painful but I think it might be attributing to my hip getting better.

I have one but I haven't been very good about using it. I've been trying to remember to stretch quite a bit though.
