Hamstring/glute still a little sore today so I just did a short easy run. I went 5 miles and felt a slight burn throughout the run but I haven't felt anything from it since the run. It seems odd that I'm having to deal with injuries now while I've barely been running. All I can figure is that it must have to do with some of the other activities I've been doing that my body isn't used to [snowmobiling, basketball, or skiing]. It all seemed to start 2 weeks ago after the snowmobiling weekend. 9:25 AP |
