It's been months since I have tracked any running miles - which have been sporadic at best.  For the last few months work has been cutting into lunch break and my running has suffered.  Things are better now and it is time to sign up for a race to get my motivation back. 

 

Ran 6.3 miles with jtshad on a very slick greenbelt.  temp - 32, light breeze
