Noon run to Panchary with Jeff F. Nice to have some company again. However, Clydesdale must have been feeling his oats and kept going towards South Tourist park. I wimped out and came back for a total of 6.4 miles. temp - 79, breezy Pace - 7:59

Thanks for leaving it in first gear for a few miles. Funny how your pace improved after we split from 8:20 to 7:59 ave and mine changed from 8:20 to 8:55...
