Morning tm run.  1mile  - 7:48, 2.6 miles - 7:30  The showers were full so I was late getting done.

 

5 mile noon run on another cloudy day.  The path is clear now, but there is still a lot of snow around.  It is melting, just not fast enough.   Ran 1 easy mile and 4 fast (MP) miles.  Pace - 729  temp - 32, north wind
