AM  Treadmills were all taken by the morning walkers again.  I ellipticalled it  until a treadmill was available and will claim1/2 mile + 3 1/2 miles running.

 

Noon  Ran part of the greenbelt with Jeff.  I had to make a pit stop after a couple of miles so he went ahead.  My GPS mysteriously lost reception today for about a mile so speed is unknown.
