| | am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning and this is gonna be a hard week.
pm- 7.5 miles/ 3x1600 (varying near RP) + 200F w/ 3 mins rec (15 warm and cool to time). Wow what a workout. Such a confidence booster for sure. So the goal time that Paul told me I should go for was 15:45. So the times I needed to hit was 5:05, 5:30, and 5:10. So the first was easy-ish cause it was the first but it was quick. The second was cheese. The last I really had to push the third lap in order to get right in there. But I was pretty close on all. I hit 5:07, 5:27, and 5:12. Solid day and I was super happy I was able to accomplish the goal of the workout. Great day to be a Panther:)

pm- 5.5 miles/ 45 min E half-road/half-grass. Good run with a mix of road and grass. I feel pretty "eh" cause I haven't doing my best with sleep. Gotta work on that one.

| | am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning and APUSH test is tomorrow.
pm- 7 miles/ 50 min total; 15 min tempo + 10x100/100 (F/float) (15 warm and cool to time). Today's workout was super-duper hard for me. So we did a warm up and then a 15 min tempo at 6:00min pace and right when we finished that we went right into 10x100m all out/100m at the tempo pace. It was way hard for me to go from all out to the tempo pace. I actually got better at it the last few. And my 100's all out got faster throughout the whole thing so that was good. but yeah, it was a super hard workout. I hope I won''t be sore tomorrow.

Cedar Invitational 2015 (3 Miles) 00:15:33, Place overall: 6 | | am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning and today the temps dropped ten degrees so that was freakin' awesome!
pm- 6.8 miles/ Cedar Invite, 15 min warm/cool. Good race today. So we start and I just go out quick but not crazy like some did. I slid my way into 11th on the track. Then the second lap I put in surge's, especially at the start line to the top of that staightaway. I got into 7th coming into the last lap. I could see ahead of me Eric, Aidan, and Luke and the Springville kid. I cant remember his name. Anywho, Eric was falling off so I just went and snagged him and then tried to go after Aidan and Luke. They ended up 13ish seconds ahead of me, but I coulda had um if I had 400m more. Good race and it was cool to win as a team even when we didn't have Nick. So pumped for Region and State!

| | am- 7.77 miles/ 60 min E. So Mitch, Preston, Andrew, Jason, Carson, Logan, Corbin and I met up at 5:25 to go running because then Preston was doing the marathon aid station and everybody but me was helping and they were meeting at 6:30. So we ran up and up and up the bike trail going up Snow Canyon State Park. It was a lot of hill but that is okay I guess. The stars were sooo pretty and I was just in awe. Thinking about life and God's creations and the scary biker dude who was wearing a black hoodie going passed us and also about my love life and yeah. It was a good time to just think. I liked it. And yeah that was the run.
Goals for next week: 8 hours of sleep every night, get caught up in homework before Thursday, do my RHR, pray and read my scriptures, and remember to stretch. And do my APUSH reading.
