am- (2 miles/ 15 min E with weights). Good stuff, I am squating even more beastly.
pm- (8.24 miles/ 55 min E with striders). Nice chill run, we went down to the Car & Dog Wash to check out how we are going to run things this weekend for our fundraiser. Had some "game on" with a bottle. We got pretty far but after so many kicks the bottle died. Good times:)
