am- I slept in through morning practice... shame on me!

pm- Oh baby! wow what a great race for me. So I was super butthurt that I was in the freakin' slow heat so I said to my self "Self, you are gonna win this cause its stupid that you are in this heat!" And thats what I did. So the first lap I started out quick, went out right behind the Dixie kiddo who stole my idea of getting shoes from Ross......wow. I came across with a 64ish and then Coach said to trade the leads so Mitch took the second one. Right when I got the chance, I went right back in the lead which was right before the 3rd lap started. Then I was hurtin' bad, my dinner was trying to come back up:/ But I pushed through cause I didn't want to give up! I mean I was just killin' it! Last lap Coach was yelling to have quick feet and thats what I did. Last 200m I beasted and feasted and came across at 4:48. But the offical time is 4:50. oh well, its still a PR so thats kewl.

WORD OF THE DAY: well today's word has gotta be "regime" cause I just realized that I don't really know what that means. I always just think Hitler. But what was super sick was the analogy that Sage told me about a certain female;) Wow that was deep stuff bro.
