so today i didnt get the full 8.75 because i showed up late coming from an ortho appointment but i got back right in time for the workout, which i kinda wished i would have had a warmup:) so my goal time was 5:41 ithink and we started out and i was still feelin my strong paces from last week and so i started out at 5:33! yeah i felt that was a good start and even though it was faster than usual i can go more. so the next i was dumb and let the pain get to me and so i got 5:43. the next i still felt a litl' sore so i got 5:40. the last i felt was pretty strong but i kinda relaxed too much and let Jason, Logan, and Josh pass me at the end. and the time i was looking for didnt come; i got 5:42. but i will just look at this workout and say,"i will always run my warmup and cooldown so i dont get sore and all that crap.
