Progression run. Was actually just aiming for an easy run today but wound up picking it up at the turn. Snuck under the 8 min/mi avg pace for the first time in a while. Felt like the good ole days.
Nice and easy. Legs were tired but a good tired without any real hip tightness. Dare I say it again? Feeling a bit like the good ole days. Ok, that's jinxed it.
Work has gotten in the way the last couple of days. Finally took time to clear my head for a while today and managed to get a couple of ideas, but didn't manage to shake all the stress.
