LM warmup (10 reps), 9 miles in 1:04:58, 7:13/mi, HR 155, w/ 8 x 2 min @ 10K. 2 sets of Strides/Drills. Stretching. Still cold (25F), but warmer than at 6am (8.5F). Probably ran the repeats faster than 10K effort, maybe between 5K and 10K. Felt pretty decent throughout, but definitely tired by the cooldown miles.
