LM warmup (10 reps), 6 miles in 45:27, 7:34/mi, HR 158, w/ 8 x 12 sec Hill Sprints. 1.5 mile walk w/ dogs, PU/SU/Leg Abduction ladder (5/5/3) & stretching. Warm today (66F). Tons of work frustration vented during the run....could've gone another 40 or so to get rid of all of it. Legs still feeling a bit tired, but the felt much better after a few hill sprints, which were all strong and got stronger towards the end. Left shin not too bad, but icing continues. |
