Am- va loop for first morning practice then hills to get 4. Felt good and was able to push. Pm-speed. 3xMile at 5:30-5:40 with equal recovery. Did mile warm up and mile speed changes first. Times were 5:32, 5:42, and 5:45. I was a little excited that I felt good for the first one so it was a lot faster. My hamstring started cramping on the first lap of the second recovery but stretched a little until it stopped. Barely made it through the last one but I did it. Cooled down at Sunnyside. |
