Didn't have first period today so I went for six up to Wasatch across to pocupine grill then down the new trail there to the old mill and back. Felt ok but my legs were really tight at first and were tired. Especially up hills Pm- ran to sugar house to do hills fireman and watch the races. Pushed good through the whole workout. Was in the top few for the 10 hills in the south east corner consistently which is good cause that means I'm closer to coming back. Felt a lot stronger than this morning so that makes me happy too. |
