Cottonwood mall loop then added to the golf course to get an extra mile for 8
1.5 lap around sunnyside
3 cemetery loop 1 lap
3.5 treadmill first 3 under 20 then slowed down to 8:30 pace to cool down for .5
5 out 5 back on Jeremy ranch road. IT band tightened up in last mile and a half to where I could barely move
Got 2 at the track then went to the gully did a lap to sugar house a lap and back
Ran 6 in Moab and 4 in the morning at home
Ran around at great southwest meet with Tomy Chris Rachel and my dad
