Ran down to liberty for 2x2 mile tempo at 80%. Me and Garek were supposed to hit 12:00 but apparently we think 6:00 pace is a lot faster than it is so we went too fast. Went into the run feeling sick and was too sick to do the second one so I went back up to the school. |
