One mile warm up on treadmill at 8:04 then stretched a little cause I was really sore then finished the other 7 miles so my average for all 8 was exactly 6:30. Felt really good once everything totally warmed up. After the run I did weights. Adductors, abductors, quads, hamstrings, and calves. I was going to do my usual abs but my mom was waiting to pick us up so we just left. Happy I got it all over with. |
