Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ.

Decide to extend the run today, my legs were feeling good so I went up around the golf course then down power house road to gu corner, across tree line road. Then went down canal road and came out by the bishops storehouse, I came up 4th south to 1700 east to home. It was a great run, the temp was very nice and comfy, finished with 200 crunches, see ya tomorrow.

Just a quick note tonight, Had to cut the run short, due to young men coming over to do a service project. The run was nice, great temps again. could stay like this year round. SGM is looming ever closer. It's almost time to rumble.

Today the legs are feeling wack, I could not understand why. I did less milage yesterday, and then I remembered all the rock I moved last night in the wheel barrow with the help of the young men. That's why the legs are wacked today. Other than that it was a great run. I did the golf course loop and then home. I finished with 200 crunches.

Had to go into work again at 1:30 am. So I did'nt get out until 7:30 am. The last 10 miles it did get a little on the warm side. Luckily Wendy followed me around was an awesome support team with water , gu, and not to bad to look at. I am feeling good no real injuries and I hope I can hang for a few more weeks and tapper time. Have a great weekend.
