The roads were clear enough to get in a run this evening, however it did start to snow again by the time I was done with my run. Today is the first day in about 5 month's that I felt like both legs were strong. No pain or discomfort in the injured leg and it did'nt get tired. So we will see what tomorrow will bring with another outside run. Still going to keep it easy for a while. I did 35 min. of upper body strength training again, with 200 crunches. I feel encouraged about my leg, hopefully it is more better than not. See ya on the roads. |
