Today I felt pretty good after Sat. longer run. Mile one I used it as a warm up mile 9:36 pace , and mile twoI tried to kick it up a bit, had a pace of 8:37 which was my fastest mile and then mile 7 was all up hill I pushed it a little bit with a pace of 8:58. My middle mile was all down hill training, and tommorrow I will do some up hill training. I also dod 25 mi. of upper body weight training.

I don't have any major aches and pains at this point , I hope that continues. I am getting ready for a 10k in March, and a half marathon at the begining of May. |
