My legs are still kinda wack from sat. long run. Just used todays run as a recovery. About a 10 min pace. Yes I know little Bro. pretty slow. But we got her done. Went out to GU corner and and west for there for a ways. Nice day very injoyable. I also did 30 min of upper body weight training to work on the core, and 200 crunches. See ya later. |
