It amazes me that on the days I don't feel like running I seem to do a new P.R. Pretty crazy. My legs felt really good and strong today, especialy going up hills. At my 2.5 mile mark my time was 23:20, and mile five was 48:41, whcih helps me stay on my goal for this week of keeping my 5 miler's under 50 min. or better. My over all time for the 10 miles was 1:39:41. My wife road her bike with me, it was a little cold. first time this winter I wore tight's. I don't like them very much. I look like 170 lbs of jiggely jello running down the road. |
