Felt alot better today, not as tired as yesterday. I had a better night's sleep and I think that helps recharge the body. My time today was 48:38, it would have been better, but I had to stop and make nice with a dog that did'nt want to make nice. He just wanted to chase me, so I stopped and faced him until he decided I was'nt a threat to him. It took about a min. and twenty seconds to convince him. I also did 25 min. of lower body weight training. |
