Nice run today although it was windy going up canal road to the east. The wind was coming really hard out of the canyon, when I made the turn at the golf course to head east down power house road the wind was at my back which was a relieve. The wind was blowing hard enough to make the flags stand straight out. That's at least 13 mile hr plus wind. My legs were a little on the whack side from sat long run and also doing harry's hill. It's time to do more hill work and I will incorporate that into my training schedule each week as I begin to get ready for my spring races. I did 30 min of upper body weight training and finished with the usual 200 crunches. |
