Todays run was a litle on the sloppy side down the river bottoms, parts of the road where covered with slush and the driver's are very rude. I splushed a few times. My legs are still tired and I don't know what the deal is the colder weather, extra running gear I don't know. I did the golf course route and the shoveled snow, ended my workout with 30 min of upper body weight training and 200 crunches. It was still a great run and a great day. |
