Took it easy on the run today again. My legs are begining to feel a little better, but the quads are still pretty wack and way bad on the down hill. I hope they will recover before sat long run. I am planing on an 18 miler it may be a little much. I think it may be time some new shoes will have visit MVP this week and see. I did 200 crunches and we will catch ya tomorrow. |
