I'm shocked and amazed that I was able to do anything that looked like runnung today. The legs feel pretty wacked, exspecially the quads. They were really sore running down hill today, bu not to bad going down. This may take a few days to feel somewhat normal in running. I did the route up around the golf course and just tryed to focus on good form. I ended with 200 crucnhes and hopefully things will feel more loose tomorrow. I have been using the stick to try and roll out the lattic acid, will do them again tonight. See ya tomorrow. |
