Today the old legs are pretty wacked. So I slowed myself way down and did a true recu overy run. I just did an out an back, which took me to C.B.S. (Clay B. Simmons) Mini Gu Corner and a little past, then turned around and headed for home. The best part about the run was the great weather. we have been lucky so far this week. Hopefully it will hold out. I also did 30 min of the bowflex on the upper body and 300 crunches. Catch ya later alligator. |
