I braved the sloppy roads this afternoon and got a little 2 miler in. My leg today was sore as I expected it to be. I new yesterday was to good to be true. We will just keep trying each day, it's bound to get better sooner or later. I also did my costumary upper body strengthing for about 35 min. and of course 200 crunches. See ya tomorrow Noonin. |
