AM: 3, Tread- Decided to do an easy 3 at the Fitness center. I have to do some fitness something or other for my class anyway, thought I'd do my morning run there. They have some pretty nice Treadmills there. I've decided I need to work my feet and legs up to the fivefingers again. It has been awhile and my legs were hurting. After 3 miles on Tread I finished with 10 min on the bike and 15 on the Oliptical (didn't like that one). PM: 6.75, Chukawala- Man, I am tired. My legs haven't been this tired for a long time. They didn't hurt aside from the random jolts of pain. Sweet trail though! Very pretty and great weather. Got home and calves were pretty tight and sore.
