| | 7, Temple Quarry- Trail Thursday, I felt pretty good for most of it. I'm super tired so the large uphill didn't feel all that great and the downhill was hurting my ankles and shins. Every now and then my Plantars would start to act up. Overall a decent run. |

| | 5, Mall Dr.- Shins were pretty tight to start off. Took a bathroom break at Slickrock Park and by then shins weren't hurting quite so bad. At about the High School, they were acting up again as well as the sole of my left foot. It happens occasionally and I hate it every time. Ran past Colt, don't understand how you listen to your iPod when you run but still nice to see ya. Iced legs after the run. I really did horrible this week about running every day. Need to work on that for next week. |

| | 7, ...- Trail Thursday. Don't know what the trail is called but pretty cool. The first half was really good, but on the way back, I really needed to use the restroom. I considered another Oak Grove moment but the girls were right behind me and that wouldn't have been good. Took the wrong trail a few times and had to back track. Then the girls got kinda lost so I turned back to help them out but they happened to find another way back so I scared them when I came up behind them. Good stuff. |

| | 10, Murrey- Kinda chilly. Started at our hotel and was planning on just doing a there and back 6-7 miler. Mile 2 or 3 feet were hurting. Ended up running to Murrey High School, did a lap around the grass, and took a potty break. When I got back to the hotel it was just under 6 miles. I was feeling pretty good, feet were feeling better, so I decided to extend the run a bit. Overall a good run.
