Need to think about what my real goals are and what I can accomplish. I feel truly blessed to have accompilished what I have and have no clue as to where I can end up.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and enjoy just being outside. Stay fit so I can be active in whatever life brings. Make trips to the mountains.

Ski A LOT with my kids.

Attempting to get back into a  normal schedule after a two year on and off. I've been doing some running but not enough to record. I'm in ok shape just by moving pipe every morning but can feel a bit of weight getting put. I'm trying to come to the decision about where I want to be shape/time wise. If I can mentally wrap myself around just being healthy and 4-5 times a week is good.

4.35 easy. Breathing was a bit labored today but HR was still ok. Legs felt better but tired. Feels good just to run again.
