AM - Hill loop. A couple minutes faster than yesterday some mile close to MP while climbing and descending.
PM - 3x2mx1m 1 mile warm up and then into the speed workout of the week. It was pretty tough with what I did this morning. Probably shouldn't have run the hills as hard as I did this morning but I made it through this so I'm just a little more tired than normal. Luckily I get to cut and stack some more fire wood tonight so that ought to be a nice relaxing evening.
