Easy run. I was just testing out my foot. Once it warmed up it felt much better and I was able to increase my pace but I never really pushed it. Tried to go a lot on how it felt. It is still tender but doing much better. These last couple of days have been really good for me, a lot of sleep and relaxation. With the cut back in miles and activity I'm pretty much rearing to go but know I need to heal. I'm still taking my supplements, although I have cut back because of less activity. It has been a good week so far and I'm really enjoying the slow down. This will probably be close to Christmas break for me so two good breaks will put I good kick start into next year's training. |
