5 quick miles at the gym. I was in meetings all afternoon on a pretty exciting venture the I'll be in on and developing over the next six months or so. It is good to be excited about learning new things again maybe this is why I felt refreshed to run or it might have been that I knew all I could squeeze in was a short run. Progression run Warm up 1-6:59, 2-6:39, 3-6:21, 4-6:18, 5-5:55. 5/31:48. I got my shipment of supplements today so it looks like I'm back on them again. I going to try to pay attention to energy and fatigue levels very closely the next little bit. I really don't want to be paying for something that's not working but I was on them all summer and I was able to train and still have energy most the time. Big reason is that I've felt my distance runs have suffered tremendously since I stopped.......we'll see. |
