Early morning run with Nikki. Trying to get her ready for Just Cuz 1/2 but she had some serious GI issues the whole run. I'm not so sure she even got anything out of this one, I sure didn't, a lot of stopping and walking just to get her home. 6.5 Afternoon TM workout due to the wind I stayed inside and did a progression run. Warm up 1 mile 6:58, 2-6:39, 3-6:39, 4-6:28, 5-6:28, 6-6:15, 7-5:55.
