Ran first 5.5 with Nikki at a slow pace and then picked it up for a speed work out at the end. Finishing the last 1.75 at a 6:30. Did not feel very good this morning body just was not quite right. Feeling fatigued and a little off. Probably will run a couple more miles tonight with my daughter to work on her pace for Saturday's Spud Run. Took the kids to the track and tried to get Brytan used to her 8min/pace goal (8x200 1min) for the Spud run 5K. I'm not so sure she can hold it for 3 miles but she has surprised me before. Chloe and Jonah both ran also. |
