I want to enjoy the rest of my life and to make the most of it.  I believe that staying physically fit is a big part of that.  I want to continue to run for the rest of my life and enjoy it.

Personal:

I'm from good ol' Hurricane, UT, but I currently live in Glendale, AZ where I am attending medical school at Midwestern University.  I am married with 1 kid at the moment.  I love to run, and despise treadmills, but here they are currently a necessity.

Nice quick run around the Fieldhouse followed by some flexibility training and some weights.  I really need to improve my flexibility if I expect my times to improve.  My muscles are always in a state of tension.

Nice run today on the Dreadmill.  I covered the screen with a magazine and then just tried to stay focused on how my breathing felt and how my fit hit the ground.  Set the timer for 32 minutes and then went at it.  It was one of the better runs I've had lately.  I felt great.
