I want to enjoy the rest of my life and to make the most of it. I believe that staying physically fit is a big part of that. I want to continue to run for the rest of my life and enjoy it.
Personal:
I'm from good ol' Hurricane, UT, but I currently live in Glendale, AZ where I am attending medical school at Midwestern University. I am married with 1 kid at the moment. I love to run, and despise treadmills, but here they are currently a necessity.
Today I started with a one mile warm up followed by some interval training. I did 200m repeats. 0:43, 0:35, 0:45, 0:45, 0:47, then a 0:15 100m to finish off.
I completed my run with 1.25mile cool down. It was a great run overall.
