Today's run was about 3.5 miles at 8:34/mile followed by a cool down for the rest of the mileage. It was quick, but doable. In other news I'm developing a bad pain in my left foot. It is right about where my tarsals connect to my metatarsals on the medial side of my foot. I'm not sure if it is because of the marathon a few weeks ago or the fact that I'm not using the ankle brace. My foot may have adjusted to the extra support through my arches. It is getting to the point that I can hardly walk when I first get up in the morning. It gets better through the day, but acts up when I run. Any suggestions? |
