I want to enjoy the rest of my life and to make the most of it.  I believe that staying physically fit is a big part of that.  I want to continue to run for the rest of my life and enjoy it.

Personal:

I'm from good ol' Hurricane, UT, but I currently live in Glendale, AZ where I am attending medical school at Midwestern University.  I am married with 1 kid at the moment.  I love to run, and despise treadmills, but here they are currently a necessity.

The tapering continues.  Today I had a nice run from my home to campus.  I did the hilly version to build my wind a little bit more for race day.  It was quite humid and a little rainy, but overall a really nice day for a run.

Today's run was really nice, but quite warm.  I have been traveling for Medical School interviews the past few days so I was exhausted and didn't get out of bed until past nine.  Because of other commitments I didn't start running until 11:15.  I ran from my house to the parking area for the Stokes Nature Center in Logan Canyon.  It was a really nice run, but was a little tough due my missed run on Thursday.
