Back in the saddle again today. I am trying to stay on schedule this coming week and do all of my normal training runs. I think I will be just fine. There is absolutely no pain in my ankle when I run, but it is extremely sensitive to the touch. Kinda strange. At least I can run and walk on it. My pace didn't suffer at all. I ran it in 8:48/mile pace. That is about normal for me. |
