Long-Term Running Goals: I want to enjoy the rest of my life and to make the most of it. I believe that staying physically fit is a big part of that. I want to continue to run for the rest of my life and enjoy it. Personal: I'm from good ol' Hurricane, UT, but I currently live in Glendale, AZ where I am attending medical school at Midwestern University. I am married with 1 kid at the moment. I love to run, and despise treadmills, but here they are currently a necessity. Favorite Blogs: |

| | I was at the Fieldhouse again today. I wanted to run outside, but due to my schedule, the only free time that I had was while I was on campus. It was a good run nonetheless. I planned to only run three, but I felt really good. |

| | Short run today. I started running and didn't feel very well at all, so i decided it would be better to take the day off. |

| | Nice treadmill run today. It felt great. My right gastrocnemius is extremely tight, but it was before I went running too. My pace during my run was 8:41/mile. It's not where I want it yet, but it's getting a lot closer. The goal is 8:00/mile by the time I start the push to 26.2. |
