The first couple of miles were really hard today. I really didn't want to keep going, but I pushed through it and had a really good run. It felt really good and I feel very energized. No pain at all in my foot or hip. So I have been experimenting a little bit with forefoot striking when I run. I'm not sure if this is a better way to run or not, but I seem to be having less pain when I do so.
