Cold again. I took it pretty easy this morning. Started out at a slow 8:20 and gradually increased the pace each mile. When I got into the subdivision there was a guy poking along about 100 yards ahead of my. I crossed the street so I wouldn't blow past him and make him feel bad, but then when I caught up with him he took off into a full sprint. What are we racing dude? So I picked it up a bit more and turned off on my street. I wanted to holler over to him "Hey buddy, I'm on my tenth mile here!"

A good solid run this morning. Ran stronger each mile. Took a figure 8 loop - Cloverdale, Joplin, Mitchell, McMillan, Eagle.

I got to bed really late last night. I felt like I was running with a hangover at first, but after a while my head cleared and I finished strong.
