| | 8.4 miles in 51 minutes. I felt really tired, but looked at what time it was when I started running(12:00) and when I finished (12:51) anyway. Two miles cool down. I struggled and was hoping for 6:30-7:00 minute miles, but once I turned around in the canyon I started cruising. I'm a little sore from last week, but I am going to get stronger every run.

| | It was a sorta rough day of running. My family went and watched Unbroken at about noon, and I couldn't resist the popcorn. I then went to the rec center and ran because the wind and cold were insane. I started out with 2 miles warm up, then a 5k on the treadmill at 5:00 pace with 2%(to set of wind resistance or whatever) incline. It felt too easy that first mile, but the second and third were awful. I finished it though, so I was happy about that. Then I ran 2 "easy" miles with Ethan. I was still really tired. I took a break, then did a mile at 5:00 on the treadmill, increased incline just a bit more, then 2 more miles with Ethan, then one more mile with an even bigger increase of incline before a quarter mile cool down. It was a rough time, but I think it was good for me.

| | 6 miles with Alex. It was freezing. 3 degrees(F) when we started and 7 when we ended, but we went up the canyon, so it might've been colder. I'm planning on going more later today, it was just so cold.
4 miles a few hours later. It was still cold. I didn't feel that good, but I already can't wait until I can run in just shorts again.
I ran about 10 miles less this year than last year. I'm kinda tempted to run more, but I'm pretty tired, so I think I won't.

| | A little over ten miles, but I'm not sure how much, so I'll just call it 10. 2 miles warm up, then 2 miles in 10:00 on the treadmill, a break, then one more mile at 5:00, then 1 mile, then 1.5 miles at 5:00 pace, then a mile jogging, then .6 miles at 5:00 pace with a progression of the incline, then a mile cool down. It's so hard mentally on the treadmill, but it's easier than the 10 degree weather outside.

| | It was rough today. I tried to push it, but I struggled(I didn't time it, but it just felt slow). I hope this high mileage thing works. I need to work harder.
